This role will involve:
- coordination of the manager’s diary
 - providing administrative support to the manager
 - taking and making telephone calls and arranging appointments
 - providing clear and effective communication between the manager and other departments
 - collation of management information, report writing, minute taking etc
 - assisting with the delivery of projects and public events
 - Other general duties appropriate to the position
 
Skills and Experience required:
- an interest in libraries, museums and galleries or the cultural sector
 - ability to manage a busy MS outlook calendar and provide effective support
 - exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail
 - excellent communication skills at all levels
 - IT literate
