The role is dedicated to the programme activities for Make/Shift Creative People and Places, Arts Council England (ACE), funded project. The role is to fulfil a number of key functions to shape, deliver and report on the programme.
The Project Administrator will be required to undertake essential duties to support operational aspects of the project, working with the Creative Producer and a wider team to meet key project milestones, organise and coordinate consortium and other necessary project meetings, and support creative output, tendering activity, procurement and budgets.
The role involves liaison with the Make/Shift Consortium, academics, delivery teams across the University and the Amber Valley and with external organisations connected to creative activity. You will therefore be an effective and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
