School in Residence Producer

QUAD is an arts-based charity, cinema, gallery and café bar in the heart of Derby.

We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic and self-motivated individual who is passionate about creative learning for young people, to provide programme development, coordination, administration and workshop support within QUAD’s School in Residence programme, funded by Paul Hamlyn Foundation. In this role, you will produce an engaging and exciting programme of creative learning for three local schools, developing exhibition and showcase opportunities for young participants, and evolving an innovative CPD offer for school staff and artists.

Location: QUAD, Derby
Hours: 30 hours (4 days per week)
Contract type: Fixed term until October 2025
Salary: £22k pro rata + pension, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working and free cinema tickets
