Learning & Development Assistant

20-21 Visual Arts Centre and North Lincolnshire Council Arts Development would like to recruit dynamic individuals to their Learning and Development team.

You will develop and deliver inspiring formal and informal learning opportuinites for all ages to increase engagement and participation in the arts across North Lincolnshire. You will work with a range of partners including schools, community groups and artists to deliver a varied programme of projects that span the creative arts. You will advise the curatorial team at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in the planning of exhibitions on their learning and engagement potential. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and presentation skills, work on their own initiative and as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a passion for creativity and the arts.

You will need to be able to transport yourself and materials around the area. Some evening and weekend work will be required.

This post is advertised as 18.5 hours per week on an annualised contract. Two posts are available and we will consider applications for both posts on a full time basis.
