Learning Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning consultant to help us shape the future of Compton Verney’s varied learning and engagement programme as part of a wider master planning exercise.

Working with and across the team including senior managers, governors and the learning team, you will develop a robust new learning strategy and action plan (including a financial plan) which builds on past and current successes, capitalises on potential new areas of sustainable development and is integrated with wider audience development plans.

We are looking for a senior consultant with experience of gallery and museum education at a senior level; experience of stakeholder and competitor analysis; involvement in and awareness of national networks including funders. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with staff at all levels, a flexible approach to working, be highly organised and have successful track record of strategic planning .
